Hi Water. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. I have checked in with my seasoned team including our 18 month tenured team member who made your ice cream. It appears you are the one who is false advertising. Looking at your photo you clearly ate some before taking this photo. And then you claim we didn't fill your cup?! Give me a break. As I mentioned in my previous response, we have a very simple and precise process to ensure consistency and quality. And we followed that process with your product and served you an 11oz large - exactly as we advertise. It comes in a 12oz cup and since you only chose one ingredient (the price includes up to 3) your cup was full but probably not over flowing. If you're going to leave bad reviews, at least be honest. You didn't mention the taste or the quality. Only the size and you didn't provide honest information about that. Bad reviews hurt small businesses like ours. And dishonest ones really do.
