I have had issues with contractors and sub-contracts in the past, especially recently with supply chain problems driving prices and availability issues through the roof. George and the team at Green HVAC was incredible. I had a few specific issues and requests. Appointments were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They were polite and helpful. When I asked for a solution to a humidity problem and had my options explained to me, it was easy to schedule the major work. When the work was done, the instillation was very well thought out and cleanly executed. The level of expertise was visible in how cleanly things were done. Thank you so much for your help! A technician from Green was able to come out and fix our leaking HVAC unit within 48 hours and only charged us the $89 diagnostic fee for the work. Very professional service and I plan on calling them again the next time I experience any issues or need maintenance done. Would definitely recommend.

My realtor recommended Green Heating Cooling and Electric to service my HVAC unit after the inspection showed I should get it checked out and cleaned. It was $89 for the inspection and $185 for the cleaning. I called the week before and they scheduled George to come out during a 2 hour window. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and called in the morning to give me a half hour heads up they were on their way. George was prompt, efficient, and friendly, he explained everything he was doing, how long it would take, asked permission for everything he did (going upstairs, to the basement, turning on the water, turning the air on) and he wore a mask and kept his distance (this is during the coronavirus pandemic). He was able to take credit card on the spot with a card reader (and no extra charge) and emailed me the invoice right away. Would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!
