Worst contractor ever. If you want to waste your time and money on a contractor that will come out and do nothing, here's a perfect contractor. I told them I have condensation on my air ducts and what do the do but come out and say we don't do duct work so we can't repair your system. Bad communication with their service people to allow this and then charge me for not doing anything that I didn't know before. Terrible overall service, still trying to get the money they stole from me.

Routine maintenance was completed on my HVAC system this week. Cliff and Steve were the technicians and I am blown away by the service. They treated the property and the system as if it were their own, while answering any questions I had along the way, going above and beyond to ensure I was totally satisfied with the work. Every person I have interacted with at Generation 3 has been great. From the people that schedule appointments, the technician that came out to assess my electrical needs (thank you Michael J.!), to all of the technicians that perform the work. Please keep up the great work! Thank you you all for what you do.
