It was a much better stay when it was a derelict building covered in graffiti.

Had a wonderful stay. This hotel is pure luxury I could live there. I will be returning very soon.

I'm planning a business retreat and stopped by the hotel yesterday in hopes to tour the property and one of the suites. I was told "I'm sorry but we don't give tours" and I would need to go online to see pictures. Being a newer hotel, you would think they would be more customer service oriented and do what they could to attract new business. Although what I could see of the lobby, which looked beautiful, I left there feeling like this is not a property I would want to visit again.

Nice hotel, had a 2 bath 2 bed kitchen suite. Its a unique layout as the hotel is a factory turned into a luxury hotel. Building is thick so cellular data is not good. Hotel entrance is very obscure, lobby is on the right if youre facing the building toward the water. The only change I recommend to the hotel is to make the lobby/entrance way more bright and obvious for guests since I thought I was going to get kidnapped.

I love to look out my window and see the Delaware, not as breathe taking as looking at the Ocean but it reminds me of a little part of home coming from living in N.J my whole life.,
