For the price and location, you will not find a better option. 2 story loft fits a family of 4 perfect and you are not in a small hotel room. You are in an apartment. Really loved the communicatiom given by text as they answer all questions immediately. They are strict with valet and room check in times but thankfully they got us in a little early on each. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Philadelphia.

One of the staff members, I believe his name was Harold, was really great and super friendly. However, the stay overall was not the best. The location advertises a rooftop but there is none. When I asked the front desk about it, they admitted to false advertising. Also, one of the elevators is broken and apparently has been broken for months, so waiting for the elevators was a hassle. The rooms were pretty nice, but the windows are difficult, practically impossible, to try to open.Thermostat also wasnt working.

I would recommend spending your money at another placeAlthough it is in a good location and fairly easy to get in and out of your suite. This location has no rooftop as advertised. Which was a big selling point to booking this over other places. It came to a shock when I asked front desk where this roof top was located. There answer was quote false advertisement and nothing else. There were also only 2 elevators for this building which would be perfectly okay if both would be working. But only one does. And apparently has been for quite some time. Spend your money somewhere else. As there is nothing unique or luxurious about this place. Book somewhere where they wont catfish you into booking.

Buyer Beware!!! The pictures looked great - and the room *looked* great. But the window wouldn't latch shut, letting in a breeze. (34 degrees and windy out). The thermostat didn't work and they "fixed" that with a space heater that barely warmed the room. No extra blankets. The Keurig didn't work. The hot water was iffy. When I contacted them with my concerns they offered me a discount on a future stay. As if. Rooms: Looked great but without functioning heat and lukewarm hot water, I felt like we were staying in a hostel - not a hotel. And with at $250 security deposit, I'd expect a LOT more.

Hi Gabriela, we apologize you felt as though we had false advertising. We do not advertise a rooftop on any booking sites, instead we believe you may have been confused by a photo of the near by rail park. There is no catfishing here as we never have and never will market features that do not exist at our properties. We hope you give us another chance. Best, Sosuite
