Guild House Hotel

The Guild House was very fun and enjoyable place to stay. My first time staying here, and would absolutely stay here again. Wish they had a little courtyard or terrace, but still worth staying. Very clean and quiet. Street noise is what it is. Your just around the corner from some fun bars, great restaurants, and a fifteen minute walk to city hall, Reading Terminal, and Liberty Hall. The Walnut/Locust Sts Station (SEPTA) was five minutes away, and a straight shot to the sporting events.

My wife and I booked the entirety of the Guild House Hotel for our small, intimate wedding in February 2024. Needless to say, the hotel and its staff made our weekend truly an incredible experience- one that many of our friends and family still rave about months later. The rooms at the Guild House Hotel are exquisitely designed, each with their own unique character. Because of this, there is no such thing as making a mistake when selecting a room at this hotel. What became one of the main activities for our guests over the weekend was simply touring each of the rooms and struggling with the impossible task of deciding which was best. Words will never be able to express just how historic and beautiful the Guild House Hotel is. As many of our guests agreed, it will forever be THE recommendation for anyone visiting the city.

A unique hotel with history and a very nice decor to enhance any stay while traveling. We stayed there for a couple days during the New Year's Holiday and had a wonderful experience. Great location in the middle of the city, safe and close to everything; restaurants, museums, all the attractions the city has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at the Guild House while in Philadelphia.
