Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during my MRI appointment. I was called back exactly when I was scheduled. Do arrive at the hospital 30 minutes early as instructed.

Worse customer service & appointment scheduling. Used to be wonderful. Im going to change to another health system. Temple is not a friendly place to deal with any longer. I was very loyal, but no longer unfortunately.

Come on time they ask me to reschedule and asking me come early 30 mins before on appointment Then I come on axacly they say and then they let me waiting over an hour. So sad . Bye

The customer service is literally the worst !!!! It took my boyfriend 2 days to even get someone to answer the phone. The woman was extremely rude because he did not understand medical terminology. A woman named Brittany finally made his appointment yesterday. We get here today and theyre saying they have no record of him. Hes been fasting for over 8+ hrs at this point !! Terrible Hospital!!! All the md are students who dont know their a** from their head. The staff are undertrained on customer service and feel entitled because they have a job but dont want to do it. This is sad and someone is seriously going to die from this inadequate staffing, communication, and customer service. If your job is to assist people with making appointments THEN ASSIST OR FIND ANOTHER JOB. Have a blessed day.

Clean and modern equipment, but appointment was an hour late. The staff were excellent and very helpful, though the appointment was an hour late (nuclear medicine).
