Einstein OB/GYN Associates - Klein

This place has a major communication problem especially upperm management they drop the ball when it comes to the patient health and wellbeing Im now dealing with that issue now and they think a lousy phone call is supposed to make it all better where was that phone call when I needed results this was nothing but pure neglect and its not everyone because I have met a couple of the good ones that show they really care and I want to thank NP Alycia Ham I just met her for the first time a few days ago and she was wonderful we need more like her in the medical field

Avoid this place and save yourself the headache. I went to this place for my first prenatal appointment feeling very awful and sick. They ran a bunch of labs then never got back with me on the results. Called a week later to speak to a doctor since I was still feeling bad and the lady on the phone literally asked if I was feeling emotional. Had to request to see my results two weeks later. So I Switched to the Philadelphia Midwives Collective and once they saw my labs they were concerned with the numbers. We have been requesting my labs to be sent over to my new doctor for 3 months now and still nothing. They dont care about their patients.

Polite and friendly staff. Doctor was considerate and tried to put me at ease during the procedure. Not much wait time with an early appointment.

If I could give no stars I would this office is horrible, people please believe the reviews I experience all of them. Between my new OBGYN and me we have been requesting records released for almost 1 year. I even asked for a manager to call me back, I called and spoke with a nice young lady and some older lady in the back accused me of calling asking for some other records, that I had knew clue of. I only wanted records from this office! The worst office ever! the only nice person is the young girl who's from another office and helps out from time to time.

Today I was seen by an Dr Ive never seen before.I forgot her name ,She came in the room and rushed through my visit,she got angry when I couldnt remember the antibiotics I had taken for 7 days .She tells me well there's blood present in your urine you need to see an urologist.She said oh no need for an exam by and shut the door.My heart broke now I am nervous ,She didn't give me Any referral,me no phone number
