Seems like the hospital paid people to write good review about it, someone needs to do an investigation on this.

Avoid this Third World Hospital if you can. The bedside manner of the nurses, aides, custodial and dietary staff is awful. They walk into your room without uttering a word. Medical equipment does not work. After 40 hours in the hospital, my husband had to ask for the bed linens to be changed. It takes more than 30 minutes to answer a call bell. The food is awful. The dietary staff consistently made errors on orders. Or food orders never come. The room still has not been cleaned after seven days. Complaining to guest services does no good. I asked guest services to following up with my husband. When they called his room, he was busy with nurses. They were asked to call back. They never did. I called the next day to see if they followed up. They lied, saying that they had. Avoid this disaster of a hospital if you can.

I am very surprised to read the bad reviews about Presbyterian here. I had a wonderful experience. I had abdominal surgery and was an inpatient for five days. My room was very clean and kept that way by a polite and pleasant woman. The food was great. Healthy and tasty options every day. I’m a very fussy eater and I enjoyed almost every item I tasted. Most importantly, the staff were fabulous. Everyone I encountered was friendly and highly professional. They took time with me, answered my concerns thoroughly and went beyond my expectations to make sure I was comfortable and well-cared for. My surgery was a repair of a previous surgery at a different hospital, so I was anxious about this surgery and stay at Presbyterian. I think the best thing I can say is that their competence and dedication made me feel safe.
