Don't go there if you are handicap, it's hard to get in & oout, parking is disaster, & no discount or free parking for handicap, vallet parking are to long of a wait to get your car back, just go to see a doctor in a place that will make sure that you can get to the doctor in & out in a easy way,

I recently started with Dr.A Shanae. She was never responsive to emails or concerns. She said you need consult a demotologist for skin rash concerns never bothered to provide recommendations. I had blood a work done She didn't have time to.discuss the bloodwork I requested prior to my next appointment. I found a new doctor.

They completely don’t treat people like people here but just numbers. Any calls are never returned, appointments are almost impossible to get, medicine isn’t monitored, and concerns aren’t handled well at all. As a patient with severe RA having a super active condition is scary enough but getting treatment from a facility that only wants to push prescriptions and not actually care about the after treatment or humility of the person taking them is very sad.

I had to first appointment with Rheumatology today and saw Naomi A. Amudala. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to see a rheumatologist. She was very patient and thorough. She even took the time to ask about my kids and grandkids which immediately put me at ease because I felt that she genuinely takes an interest in her patients. I was taken back at my scheduled time and she came in immediately. Often times feels rushed by doctors and have spent over a year seeing different doctors who pretty much minimized my complaints or rushed me through an appointment and I would usually leave with unanswered questions but today I was finally able to get some answers because she listened without cutting me off. Finally feel like I am heard.

First of all, this was my FIRST appointment I booked months in ADVANCE! I am suffering with RA, I get a phone call telling me not only did they cancel my appointment because now the doctor decides she will only see patients on Wednesday’s! You booked it Waited months my health is at risk and now you can’t fit me in until NEXT YEAR?!! Who Treats patients like this!! If you NEED TO Change, don’t just cancel on a patient. You are dealing with very sick people and a new patient and this is how I’m treated?!! How dare you! This is unacceptable! You should fit me in with someone! UPDATE THEY NOW ARE NOT TREATING ME STILL. SAID THEY NEVER GOT MY RECORDS AND MY OLD DR SENT 3 Times. NOW LEAVING ME NO APPOINTMENTS AND WAITING OVER 4 months for an APPOINTMENT AGAIN!! They made me do a virtual apt because they cancelled my initial one last minute on em. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE
