I been with the company almost 5 years, referred so many caregivers and clients over just feeling as if the company was good. NEVER RECEIVED NO SIGN ON BONUS OR REFERRAL Bonus and was told I would, I was recently harassed about clocking out after explaining the difficulties I was experiencing with the system if I dont lie and check off all task completed I wasnt able to clock out successfully. I was called up terminated by Alexander Gray on a Friday at 5pm never thinking about who will care for the clients just out to get me/ Alex who then called my clients I brung on trying to convince them to leave me and stay with the agency. Just out right shady and disrespectful they also disregarded my phone calls, emails and voicemails for a week and decided not to pay me on the week I worked and was supposed to be paid because they didnt know how to submit hours after termination. No fault of my own. Still havent been paid, and everything they did to me seemed personal and about OVERTIME PAY. They are horrible please run there are many agencies they will operate with integrity this place is about what they getting from the insurance company. NO BONUS OR ANYTHING I REFERRED MANY PEOPLE AND ME OR THEM RECEIVED NOTHING. I dont normally do this, but this was by far the worst experience, Ive never been fired from anywhere but a shady home care agency and still didnt pay me is insane. They dont care about no clients or anything, both of my clients deals with mental health they never checked in or followed up or offered any resources when I repeatedly told them the barriers and struggles they face and the difficulties at work. They DONT CARE AND WILL NEVER SHOW UP, your family is not safe with them or the caregiver they are shady. Alex is by far the worst, some people in lower positions showed more respect and integrity than he ever could. They was shocked he fired me, but 9 days later still no pay. Spoke to him on a Monday morNing he was supposed to call or email me with an answer still nothing. I called Tuesday no answer reached out to old case manager she contacted him and he finally called back with a lame excuse about my paycheck, he is horrible and to be apart of leadership is embarrassing.

No communication and they ordered a blood TB test after I withdrawed my application . Now since I withdrawed my application they won't give me a chance..

This is the worst agency. Please do NOT bring your loved ones to this agency for any type of service. They will not ensure the home provider is paid. Leaving workers, to work for free, even though they are paid by the state and health care agencies, to pay their workers. They do not communicate. They do not respond. They are dishonest. They say they will handle things for you, and then do NOT. This agency is BAD. It makes me sad to know, this is who I have a loved one with. I will be removing my loved one ASAP. They do not pay their workers according to law, they repeatedly make your check short, do not fix issues when they arise, they are non responsive to text and calls. they will remove your loved ones from their care takers schedule WITHOUT notice or regard for client care. They just do whatever they want, with no recourse to their neglect. They also do not have enough respect or courtesy to try to fix anything. Its just a job to them, that it feels, most do not appreciate. They do Not care ANYTHING about the people, who they are supposed to. Anastazia C. And Felicia (her supervisor) in the PHILADELPHIA office, have made things VERY VERY very hard for my client and I; just about since I brought my client to this agency. Lately its worse and worse. Please stay away from this Place. I will continute to escalate my complaints. This is sad how they do not care. My client, nor I, deserve this. Shut this office down.
