I love this company. The Drivers are very nice and they treat you like family. My mom passed away May-14-2021 my mom loved the drivers as they was one of her family member. I would love to say they are the best in Transportation

Once again CHPH has proven to not care about their patients/clients. Today I called to verify that I was being picked up, because they so often either forget about me, or pick me up late. This time the driver Cynthia tells me that I was never put on their pick up list. Then when I hung up to call about my transportation I get a text message saying that Cynthia was on her way. Suddenly I go to check the arrival estimate, and it said that Cynthia canceled the ride. Lol the ride that apparently I wasn't scheduled for. As proof I took screenshots, and you will find both the text saying she's on her way, and the cancelled ride. Very unprofessional!!!

I must say how super professional, organized, clean the facility was. Thanx to "Caring Hands" My Auntie found a new purpose on life she's happy, made so much friends/family relationship. Her weight's healthy, My Auntie was super skinny before Caring Hands, & now her weights healthier. Overall I am happy & most importantly My Auntie's Happy & that truly means the world to us. Thank You Ms. Jackson @Caring Hands for all that you do for My Auntie. JP
