        This review is in regards to the office staff, not the physicians. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment. In addition to that this was a day after a storm, and electricity was out in certain schools, not to mention some schools were abruptly close due to it. However I thought it was insensitive and unfair by appointment was canceled after arriving to the office. There was no compassion or empathy!! Whatsoever!!! I really feel like it was racially motivated. Im thought the entire experience was insensitive.

        Went for an ultrasound at Grant and the Boulevard Tuesday, August 1st, and as of Monday, August 7th, it hasn't been read. It's unacceptable at best. I've called 3 times. Normally these are read within 24-48 hours. I would caution anyone to get any test done there.
