Cherry is amazing! I have come here multiple times and it is always a pleasant experience :) Cherry knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients and what's best for them! Definitely would recommend :) I got my hair first colored here last year (first pic), and recently just got a hair cut (2nd pic). Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

My friend and I were going to be in town for a black-tie wedding and we decided to treat ourselves to getting our hair and makeup done. After doing some research on Yelp, I found In Touch. I contacted Cherry and made an appointment. Cherry suggested we send her photos of our intended hairstyles and makeup in advance . I didn't wash my hair before hand, which worked out because it was the best shampoo and head & neck massage I've ever had. We were very pleased with Cherry's attention to detail and her workmanship was top notch! We both received many compliments on our looks! Many thanks to to Cherry and her team!

I've had the worst experience at this salon. Firstly, I was there for 7 hours. I went in for blonde highlights, and left with light brown hair. While I was waiting with the foils in my head, they started to drip all over my head, when I spoke up they told me they weren't leaking. I then told them my scalp was burning, and all she did was put Vaseline on my head, and didn't check anything. When they were dripping crazy, I told them to remove the foils immediately as my hair was frying. They then told me I need all this treatment for my "blonde" but I didn't have any blonde. Before I booked the appointment, I seen the Groupon to which I was told "it's cheaper if you just come for the service" this is not true. The Groupon was for $120 and I ended up having to pay $200, then had the nerve to ask me for a tip, as I sat there all day for no blonde, and half the time by myself. They then asked if I wanted my hair trimmed, at this point I was scared they would chop all of my hair off and told them no, just give me a blow out. Well my hair wasent even dry when they gave my a blow dry. I left with wet hair. This was the WORST experience I've had at a salon, do not come here for hair service if you want blonde hair or even was to keep your hair.

Update 08/20/2022: Today I took my daughter to In Touch and Cherry helped to do her hair. Came out very satisfactory although it was quite a challenging style my daughter wanted. Also, Cherry sanitized the chair whenever after a customer used it. She also kept some air sanitizing lights on all the time. So I felt very safe in In Touch even during pandemic. My past review: Met Cherry in other occasions but then I learned that she had a hair and spa salon in Philly. So I asked whether she could do my eyebrows, and whether theres free parking, which came a yes. Therefore, I went to her salon to give it a try. I drove across the states from NJ to south Philly for the trip before a storm. And I was quite surprised to see that In Touch Hair & Spa was quite multifunctional : hair, nails, face, feetfull beauty services here. And I parked right in front of the store! Free! Cherry was very patient and down to details when she tattooed my brows. I was very satisfied with the result, especially after some days. Now I dont need to draw my eyebrows any more when I am going out. Thumbs up for Cherry! Update: In Touch is very spacious with many sections. The location is very convenient since its located right close to the exit and entrance of US-76, As for parking, there are parking spots in front of the building as well as an ample parking lot on a side, all free!
