        I have been going to Philadelphia Training Academy for 15 years. It took a little adjustment to how they treat customer service. I am going to have to disagree with most 1 star reviews. Call before you go to ensure they are open and if the range is open. This is a really busy shop and range. James, one of the owners, is very direct and straightforward. The first time I visited the shop, he was managing the entire store. I wouldnt walk out. I would recommend introducing yourself if you get a chance. If you go in with no knowledge, tell them. If you want to discuss a purchase, go to a sales associate. I observed transactions in the store and my guess is the 1 star or 2 stars come from those deer standing there looking into the headlights and not approaching the counter. Thats why they drive around you. If you dont have the confidence to approach a sales person, you probably wont have confidence to own a gun.
