Nepal-Tibet Handicrafts

We discovered this store while exploring Old City and I was pulled in by the scent of incense and light meditative chants on small speakers. The father/daughter duo running the store were very pleasant and encouraged us to look around. I asked the daughter about certain crystals that may help with my meditation practice and she was very knowledgable. She then suggested I look at their singing bowl section and oh man was it a trip. The expertise they had about the singing bowls was super helpful and they were nice enough to give me a sample healing session which the father performed with a handful of bowls while I stood in a giant bowl.

Absolutely amazing and lovely spiritual store, it is my go to place for all things candles, incense, crystals, jewelry, clothing, statues, singing bowls, bells, etc. etc. its owned by a nepalese family who are incredibly kind and compassionate people who clearly care about their customers and their satisfaction. There store used to be on South Street and the new storefront is much more spacious and huge letting them show off their ever widening collection of handicrafts from around the world. 10/10 cannot recommend this place any higher it is worth a trip out to old city alone.

I purposely sought out a local business owner for goods and so happy I did. Im in the buddhist recovery network and was adding to my practice with a singing bowl. Had an amazing experience there and wouldve spent longer had I not had someone waiting for me. Im so happy with my bowl (and all the helpful instruction!!!!) and my meditation mala beads (they picked me!). All the loving kindness to anyone reading this
