        This rating is based on the professionalism on the phone. I call to setup an appointment they don't answer, when they decide to answer it's an attitude and the medical assistants rush you off the phone not trying to accommodate the patient. Dr. Crawford is great, they just need new pleasant medical assistants or receptionist.
