I used ZBC to prep my home for sale. Joe expediently responded to my request for an estimate and gave me a fair quote on the work I wanted done. He and his team worked efficiently and did an excellent job. They painted the entire house, Replaced exterior posts, Installed trim/molding and replaced carpeting. Once my home was on the market I received over 50 showings and 10 offers. I would highly recommend this business. Joe is the definition of efficiency! If he comes and takes a look at your home, theres a good chance the work, if minor, will get done while hes there. Great work.

Joe does great work and he's a really nice guy, too. I'm local home improvement business focusing on small jobs and I've referred Joe to a number of customers for bigger jobs and work outside of my scope. He's even helped me out by giving me some materials I needed for a job that he happened to have on hand. I highly recommend ZBC!
