        Not only do they not pick up their phones and their phones cut out (they need to get a new phone service, waiting over an hour only to be disconnected is ridiculous.. twice.) but apparently they no longer install washing machines if you have a stacked unit. I don't understand- washing machines and dryers die at different times, why do I have to move the heavy stacked dryer myself in order for my new washing machine to be installed? How do people pay for installation but have to move a 100+ lbs dryer themselves? so disappointing.
