The trucks (2 of them) come into our residential neighborhood before 6 am and sit and idle for over 1 hour to 1.5 hours. They don't come in and pick up immediately. Many calls/complaints have been reported and no call back from supervisor. Just told that they shouldn't be doing that and months later no change.

The incompetence of their trash guys is mind blowing. Not only did they destroyed my PERSONAL recycling bin which I bought from my township, but they also took my other recycling bin away when they delivered their own recycling bin. So now I am out of TWO recycling bins that I had purchased. I had submitted claims against each one and I have yet to hear back from them even though their SLA is 3 business days. It's been over a week.

Do Not Use Republic. This is my 2nd review. I paused my business operations in Feb 2022 while renovating my building. The drivers stopped collecting my trash but Republic continued billing me. I reached out to my account rep to ask for a refund and to enact the account pause I had requested. No reply. I called multiple times over several months - spoke to people who ensured I would receive a call back and a solution - nothing happened. After taking my account off autopay Republic came to my business, took their dumpsters, and sent my account to a collections agency for 'unpaid' bills... FOR SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. This is absolutely absurd. I'm at my wits end with them. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I have had 2 cans here that have been needed to be picked up and was told 3 different times that they would be and they still havent picked them up. The pick up people say cans werent out when they never actually even came by. Customer service is no help.

This "business" is completely ineffectual, discourteous, and unprofessional. They skipped our scheduled confirmed pickup 3 times without any communication. Called them to find out what was going on and they said they'd be right over, so we dragged the couch back out to the curb for a 4th time. They lied. They did not come. It took another angry email and getting my HOA involved before they finally decided to do their job. Do not use this company unless you prefer mistreatment and lies.
