This place is HORRIBLE!!! Very bad customer service!!! They took my money but didn’t want to refund me! Please save yourself the trouble & loss. They were supposed to call be back three times with an update but no one called me, I had to call them back three times. Very poor customer service they will take your money but will not give it back. Do not shop here!

Please do not purchase ANYTHING at this store..they tell you lies and false promises. I purchased a 3 piece turquoise living room set, took less than 6 months to pay it off but now they don't have it and not even trying to replace it. Their not trying to offer me anything other than something that cost more money in which I refused to give them. What can we as consumers do about this company? Giving bad ratings is not enough. It's almost Thanksgiving and all I have is two lawn chairs to sit on until they do right by me. They won't refund your money when they are the ones who breached your contract them. I have a beautiful Christmas tree and two lawn chairs now in my living room...so sad.

Visited this place yesterday with my sister to verify her furniture purchase. The sales person present was the worst piece of trash you ever want to meet. His disrespect of my sister and me almost led to a physical altercation. He tried to sell my sister completely different chairs than what she ordered then butted in when I told her that she was not being respected. He also was adamant that she could not and would not get a refund if she demanded one. It got so bad that I had to video him hurling insults at me. (I hurled some at him too). Totally unprofessional. When I tried to report him I found out that this store has no contact information and you can't find out who the owner is. This seems to be by design. I will be reporting them to the States Attorney general, the BBB and several other agencies. These people should not be in business based on my experience and what I am finding out as I research. They will not be taking advantage of my sister without a fight.
