        Horrible job, Jason Lloyd did to my sister, we had to give a closed casket, so disappointed with there work on Feb 2, 2024, just horrible, I wouldnt let him do my dog!! Horrible wrk!! we are still in disbelief!!

        I attended a funeral that was serviced by this company and I was disturbed by the unprofessionalism of the staff. They talked constantly during the service and left family and friends to stand while they sat comfortably. Mr. Lloyd was very professional but his staff could benefit from professionalism and sensitivity training.

        The lady I guess director has a Terrible support Terrible service Terrible attitude nasty nasty attitude she's horrible she has no compassion she needs to work in a basement and not with ppl.

      You may be mistaken with another funeral home. I have not had a “Closed” casket in years that was not per the families request. I also did not have any funerals scheduled on or around Feb 2 2024 that would have resulted in a closed casket. I apologize for any grievances you may have with me, however trying to tear my business down is not appropriate and/or warranted.       Hello Ms Fletcher. I am completely unhappy with this review. I would have never imagined my staff to behave in such a manner when I am not present.
