This review its for dine in experience. I always order from this location through the drive-through and everything is fine, just make sure to check your order because they always forget something. I ordered for me and my family to dine in, everything went smoothly until the moment they brought the food to the table, it was all packed up into 1 small plastic bags, an oder of 4 people. We tried to get the associates attention and tell her we ordered diner in, she looked at us and just kept walking giving a hand signal as if everything was in the bag, (this particular associate was a very short woman with braids)When I started going through the bag, everything was smooshed in, even one of the orders spilled inside. The fries seemed to be cold and old as if it was sitting there for a long time. At that moment I just went up to the counter and gave her back the spilled food and reminded her that we have ordered for dine in, if I wanted food to go I would of just gotten into the drive-through. She immediately got an attitude not sure as why, since she took the order and should have known, (this particular person at the cashier, a girl by the name of Georgina or something similar with a G. Half of the associates needs training on customer service when it comes to dine in customers.
