Well lit, good open space and well ventilated!I went there for a baby shower and really enjoyed myself!!This is great for a small party rental! I recommend.

This was the first time that I planned and attempted to orchestrate an entire event by myself....and guess what, I found that I was completely out of my league. My anxiety level was at 5000, but Monica was very patient and processional as she guided me through the steps to have a successful anniversary celebration, all while assuring me that everything was going to be alright. Washington Events provided exceptional and amazing service! I am happy that my nonprofit org was able to celebrate our 5 year anniversary at Washington Events. This space was not to large and not to small; but just the right size for the 70 people that I wanted to celebrate with me at this special occasion.
