Very unprofessional and rude. I spoke with Amanda, Jessica and I believe another recruiter by the name of Miranda. I asked to speak with a manager and Miranda said the conversation with the other team members was unpleasant, because she received feedback. Then, she told me the manager was in a meeting. If clients have a complaint you cannot refuse them the right to speak with a manager. She also refused to give me the manager’s email address.

Josline and the team over at CSS are amazing! I was looking for a job over 6 months with multiple recruiters in the city who said they would help me, then after the initial consultation, would never hear back from them. Submitting timesheets was simple and easy, and they would come to check on us periodically which was great!
