At Home Electric

On 11-29-2023 my wife and I were watching TV and we heard our microwave blow out. I went to reset breaker and it never tripped. There were 3 other outlets that blew as well, including our fridge and washer and dryer. I'm somewhat handy, but, dealing with the electrical box, I needed a professional. I called At Home Electric and Tom answered right away. I explained my situation, he showed up 15 minutes later to diagnose my situation. It turned out my lines were bad and taking too much load, the house was built in 1956. Tom quoted me a fair price for running 2 new lines and replacing the breakers. Tom and his assistant Ryan came out the next day and solved my electrical issues. These guys are true professionals, aside from the impeccable job, they covered the carpet, couch, they were prompt and courteous. Its now 11 -30-23, job is done and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Tom and Ryan.

DEFINITELY HIRE At Home Electric LLC! I (59 yr woman) met Tom-the owner of Home Electric LLC at Lowes. Unsolicited, Tom got my attention by asking me if he could help me find something. When I turned I was surprised it was not the Lowes associate. Tom started informing me of the best products and what would be best for me to use. After talking I asked Tom his name and what he does for a living. He told me he is an electrician. I NEEDED HIM! I asked Tom if he could help me with some complicated electrical issues I was having at my house. FYI: THIS WAS ALL TOTALLY PLATONIC FROM BEGINNING TO END. Anyway, Tom said yes, and knowing I was in a stressful situation Tom gave me a ridiculous bargain estimate as he was really just trying to be helpful to a complete stranger (me). Tom told me the day and time he would come to my house the following week and on that same day he arrived at the exact time he scheduled and stayed with the cost of the estimate which was SOOOO GOOD! Tom is such a kind and gentle man. Tom is really one of the few naturally good people in the world. Tom is very respectful, and caring. He was so selfless offering his advise at Lowes, willingness to help me, coming when he said he would, giving me a break on cost and not trying to take me over as SOO many of the contractor DO. Tom is reliable and DEFINITELY a wonderful person and professional. Tom cares as much about the person he is helping as he does about the work he is doing. I am so grateful to have met Tom and received the blessings of his service. Thank you Tom! PS. Tom is very strong and climbs up to the top of ladders balancing with absolutely no problem. He made me so nervous but he is really good.
