        I called, but the tech texted me back. He was very short, and I got the feeling he was being bothered by how short and curt his responses were to my questions. I wasn't very pleased with the text customer service, so I winded up canceling the tentative appointment I'd made with him

        Second time using Brandon electric. We updated our electric panel, not a small project! And they did a great job. During the consultation and estimate I appreciated that they took the time to go over options of where to put the new panel and explaining exactly how the work will be done. They were highly communicative during the whole process, started and ended on time, and left everything where they found it after finishing. I now feel safer in my home knowing I have an up to code panel!
