Loft Cleaners

Highly unprofessional. I was a customer there for one month and spent 100+ dollars on wash and fold around 5 times. However, the last time I went the cleaners ruined one of my T-shirts with dark stains. I returned to the shop to ask if they could fix it as I was a customer there and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and did not want to help me. When I pointed to him that it doesn't make any sense to not fix it given that I am a regular customer and I wouldn't come back, he replied 'There are other things in life'. There are plenty other better cleaners than this one. Avoid.

Washing clothes 2dollar a pound. But you cannot take it today. Second day is 2.5 dollars a pound. If you have money, you can try. Because it close. But you just want to wash clothes, May be chose other store.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I brought my shirt here to get dry cleaned and it came back to me with 3 ink stains and ruined. They sent it back out to try to fix it, and they could not. They claimed they followed the care instructions and claimed my shirt was defective after THEY ruined it. They offered no remorse, I asked if they would cover the cost to replace the shirt and the guy said no and could not have been ruder. They didnt do anything to make the situation right. After ruining a very nice shirt, you think they would be somewhat apologetic, but they were only incredibly rude and made ME feel badly for their mistake. Classless establishment, beware they will ruin your clothes.

Avoid at all costs. I have been waiting 2+ weeks to receive a shirt after I asked them to reclean it. The owner claimed I offended him for stating that the shirt was not cleaned. After I apologized and asked them to reclean it, the owner was dismissive and said he will text me when the shirt is ready for pickup. I am still waiting for the text and I have stopped by multiple times a week to ask for a status. Literally go anywhere else.
