This people dont know what they doing pharmacist always say is going take 1hr for my meds to be ready this one lady always got a attitude problem always short white lady with black hair she need get a change of Career cause she sure suck at what she does best lol seems like Im not the only one rite aid needs to fix this problem or they would have relocate they are so unprofessional

Poor Service!!!!
The pharmacy claims that they give you a call after your refill is ready. They have an attitude, when I ask what number do they have on file they claim that they don't have a number on file. So which is it? Do you call when the refill is ready or your lying? Never coming here again!

Pharmacy messed up my mothers medications. Shes supposed to take her water pill once a day for 7 days, and her important blood pressure pill once a day for 30 days. They put the label 7 days on her blood pressure pill and put the label 30 days for her water pill! Backwards! Water pill is just temporary and blood pressure is every single day for the unforeseen future. How do they mess up the quantity on medications?! Shes a post cancer patient as well and relies deeply on rite aid. This is not a game when it comes to medications. They were very quick to blame the family doctor. We showed a screen shot of the doctors instructions and a copy of the script with the correct instructions, and they still wouldnt own up to it. Ive also had issues with my daughters medications. If they dont straighten out-something very bad can happen to people who think theyre taking the correct dosage of meds. Re-evaluate your staff please!

This is a large Rite Aid that carries a lot of products. Unfortunately many products are often out of stock. There were a lot of empty shelves in this store, in all aisles. There were boxes in some aisles. Maybe they need to put the stuff out for customers. The checkout line was long, entirely too long. There were two cashiers working but they moved slowly. There are no self checkouts. The store is clean and maintained. There is a huge parking lot. However, its dirty and needs to be cleaned. Im very disturbed by the teenagers standing outside of the store asking for money. This is unacceptable. An employee should make them leave.
