My family goes to this Rite Aid almost daily. They have everything we need and the staff are so friendly. Some great memories here!

Completely incompetent pharmacy 3 times this week Ive been sent there to pick up my prescription by my doctor and they keep telling me they dont have it.

My wife called the pharmacy to ask about a single piece of medical equipment and was told she needed to talk with someone in the store but not in the Pharmacy Department (she called the number that Google Maps provided and saw no other number on Google). The pharmacist bristled at a benign question about the portable toilet saying it was not a question for the Pharmacy, which was fine, but then hung up on her instead of connecting her to other people in the store. My wife called back and asked to be forwarded to person the pharmacist had said would help. But instead, that person kept her on hold for over 15 minutes. She suspected this was punishment for asking the question of which person to speak with for medical equipment, which the pharmacist thought was argumentative, because "if there is no prescription" then she should not have bothered the pharmacy. So while she was still on hold, I (a man) called the same number and asked the same question my wife did and was immediately given the answer, while my wife was still on hold for the same question. Sexism, and passive aggressive punishment over a portable potty? We just needed to do a favor for a 101-year-old relative, who needed the portable toilet today, but instead got odd mean-girl tactics from Rite-Aid staff.

Went to pick up my Rx. They were only going to give me one when the dr ordered two. I asked for the other Rx . They said do you want it now. What do you mean , do I want it now. Yes I want it now. I felt like I was being gaslighted..Make sure to get all your meds that the doctor orders. Count your orders. Stay woke people

Employees are very friendly and helpful ! Its a lovely place to shop , everyone is so helpful ! Its a wonderful experience
