Extremely rude pharmacist. Horrible customer service.

I waited on the phone for the pharmacy for 1 hour and 56 minutes with no one ever picking up. During the call I went there and there were 3 pharmacy staff and only one person needing meds. Over all both times I went there in the 2 hours the place was dead. No one around. When I went up to the pharmacy I heard the machine on repeat going " you have 2 calls on hold" over and over. The second time I went back I informed the manager and she said she is going to talk to the staff at the pharmacy. I hope she can show them how to pick up a phone. Over all the manager seemed to want to handle the issue so I appreciate that and the other employee named Ciera was very nice as well. She truly cared about what was going on and was very professional. I can tell she is a great employee. Here's a photo of the wait time.. Also this took place between 6pm and 8pm on Friday March 1st. 2024 The pharmacy closed with never answering my call. Whatever the problem is I hope they get to the bottom of it cause this has happened many times before. The average wait time at this CVS for a phone pick up is usually 30 to 40 minute wait. I hope that changes. Busy or not doing their job? You be the judge.

Extremely unfriendly and rude. They need to consider new management. The phone tree to get to the pharmacy is a nightmare...very frustrating. I found myself yelling expletives into the phone. Do better CVS on South, your service is embarrassing!!!

The pharmacy here works so hard! Theyre always fast and professional. Love this location. Stuff is out of stock on the shelves sometimes but they do what they can
