Dollar Tree

I couldn't get around the store to good because of all the boxes in the aisles that they didn't unpack yet and at checkout, there weren't any bags. They should have posted a sign on the door because shoppers need to know how they are gonna carry their purchased. They offered everybody a box but how am I supposed to carry two boxes on the bus? Not a happy shopper today.

This was not my thecdollar tree that normally shop at but the variety was the same with a few minor differences. I didn't see any bagels or Oatmeal on the shelf. I also didn't see any Donald Duck Juices.

The manager in the store threatened the person I was with and myself. She took a box of tasty cakes off shelf to look at them and put them back. Manager yelled at her stating she didn't put it in right spot. He began arguing with her in a demeaning threatening way and threatened to kick her out of store forever. Myself and other person came to her defense and he began yelling at us. Another customer stated manager told him to move out of his way in aggressive manner. This manager is a safety concern. All the other employees were great. Someone with that mentality and instability should not be in a management position.

As soon as you go in the store there's some holiday items that's in a bin & on the shelf that says 50% off, as I'm in the line the cashier tells me that the boxes aren't on sale because another customer tried purchasing them (why did the boxes make it back to the bin, why weren't they removed), then another Christmas item that's on the shelf scans full price. She calls over a coworker & I try explaining to the coworker that they were over there where the sale sign is but scan the original price. The coworker did try asking the cashier why were they not scanning, but the cashier says with an attitude, it's not her fault either. I never once said it was anyone's fault, I knew it wasn't mine because I didn't put them there, someone that works there clearly did, but you're the one with an attitude !! Sweetheart you need better customer service !! The part that got me was, "I'm calling my mom stand outside & wait" being yelled across the store. Honey if you feel threatened I'm sure you're trained to call 911.
