        Our waitor didn't attend to us until 30 minutes after we were seated. He walked by us numerous times & it's not like the restaurant was busy. He finally came to take our order. Then another 40-minute wait to get it. When we finally got it, it looked as though it was sitting under the heating lamp for a long period of time. Food was blah. My salad looked like the lettuce was wilted. The Cheesecake Factory has been underperforming service wise & food quality for about 5 years now. It used to be my preferred chain restaurant. There's no need for me to ever return. This is the 4x in a room I've been displeased with this place. Get it together.

        This is certainly the worst experience weve had with Cheesecake Factory locations. We went to order appetizers and a few drinks. Firstly, the main appetizer we came for wasnt available because they ran out of tuna. Then, as we got to the bottom of our fried zucchini we were greeted by a hair just enjoying itself in the middle of our plate. The server in general didnt seem to want to be bothered or even attempt to go out of her way to service us. We informed her our calamari was an unusually soft texture and more fried bread crumbs than anything. It was almost as if it was literally the end of the barrel and got dumped on our plate. She told us another order would probably turn out the same way and didnt allow us to substitute the tuna for another meat on the nacho appetizer we originally wanted. The manager took the two appetizers off and offered a desert and another appetizer without charge. Thats the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Otherwise my review would have surely only been a one star. We will not be returning to this location again. Ever.

        My friend never got their meal had to keep being re-cooked. Ordered two pieces of cheesecake only got one handed to us in a to go bag. Manager billed us for two of the meals never received. Worse experience ever
