All About Dental

The dentist was nice and front staff was polite but thats about all the good I can say. For my first appointment, insurance was not verified at all until I was in the office for at least an hour. Then I had to call insurance to arrange my DMO. After that I still had to wait another hour to see the dentist for a cleaning. Was told to make a follow up for a few fillings. Came back for the follow up. Waited another 30 mins to be told my insurance does not cover the type of filling they perform in the office and it would cost over $2k. A huge waste of my time that all could have been dealt with in a few phone calls.

My first experience there was good, but then, a year later, I find out that they no longer cover my insurance. On top of that the info listed on Google is incorrect---they do not take Keystone First anymore. Playing musical chairs with providers due to constantly changing coverage isn't a place you want your patients to be in, especially if they need follow-ups.

My husband and I have been to this dentist twice each and each time the appointment has taken two hours. We decided to go to a new dentist but this office is making it very difficult to send our X-rays to the new dentist. They ended up handing my husband a single typed printer paper with x-ray pictures on it.
