        Ive been trying to set my son dental appointment for a few months. A few different days i called the phone rang & rang with no answer during office hours. I waited a couple weeks called again & the receptionist had me on eternal hold. Now TODAY, i get a text message from there reminding me that my son dental check up is due. So i decided to try again right then & there. Receptionist left me on hold for 10min b4 i hung up. I called rb, when she rudely answered the phone i tried to explain to her everything & she put me on hold in middle of me talking. The receptionist is down right rude & seems lazy as if she doesnt even want to be there. Feels like shes trying to just prolong the end of her workday without actually doing any work. ill be switching my son to a different one.
