Hada really bad splintered tooth cap that had splintered into my jaw. These guys and gals did great woth such a tough procedure. I have a really small mouth and these guys were the only ones willing to do this operation on my tooth and jaw. So big shout out to these guys. Very professional, funny and definitely was my favorite experience getting dental work done in 28 years of life.

To be clear this is only about Dr. Romea. The rest of the office has been wonderful. He started to explain something difficult to my disabled mom who was getting a procedure done. When I began to tell him it would be helpful to explain things more simply for her he snapped his fingers at me twice. Literally lifted his hand and snapped twice in my direction. When I asked why he did that he said "no one interrupts me, ever. Ever." This was not a misunderstanding, this was not something small that I am making big. It was shocking. Knowing my mom was under his care I decided to let it go until the end of the appt. I said "snapping at me like that was unwarranted and disrespectful." He said "you'll be getting no apology from me. Off you go!"

Do not go here. After I handle my situation, I'll most likely explain why. I even took the time out my day to ask pp leaving what their experience was like and every person was unhappy in one way or another.

Would give no stars if I could. I previously went to Woodhaven Dental Associates and since they've moved, it's been a mess. I made an appointment for just a normal 6 month cleaning in August and was told they didn't have anything after 3:30 until February. I accepted it since it was just a check up. The day before my appointment, the front desk calls twice and leaves a message. Since I actually work and can't answer the phone all throughout the day, I couldn't answer and let them leave a voicemail. When I listened to the voicemail, they told me that my appointment was being changed to 1:00pm. No "does this time work for you" or "we'll wait until you confirm to change your appointment". I was so pissed off I called back and explained to the receptionist that 1:00pm does not work for me and I specifically made the appointment at 4:00pm because I work and wouldn't be able to make an earlier appointment. I also didn't want to leave work early or take a half day for a simple cleaning. I was basically told "too bad" and that the hygienist was leaving early so that's why they had to make the appointment earlier in the day. You would think they'd try and reschedule me for a time that would work, but instead, I was told they're booked out until September and they'll let me know if there's any cancellations. I'd already waited 6 months for this appointment to begin with, and they were less than accommodating and were not helpful in the slightest. I'll be finding a new dentist for sure.
