        Demolition Man made a bad situation better ! A building we own collapsed in the back and we didn't know what to do or where to start. Hiring Maurice was the best thing we could have done. He handled all issues with the city and was always available to answer my questions. My experience from beginning to end was excellent....hire Demolition Man!!

      This is a fair review but was definitely not intentional. As we do our best to keep our customer no one is perfect. Also I encourage my customers to write honest reviews to help our business grow and for everyone to read truthful honest reviews. I did refund all of the deposit. This was not a demolition job. It was to install framing and drywall separating two areas. I unfortunately ended up getting injured, broke my collar bone and was out for 6 weeks. We got backed up with work so I hired another contractor that I have used in the passed. I gave him a deposit he ended up not doing anything or returning my calls. After trying to get in touch with him for several weeks I ended up fully responding the customer's deposit on top of the $2000 deposit I gave to the other contractor. Now I'm out $2k but I did make sure there money was refunded. I am deeply sorry about the delay. On a side note I did do a demolition for this company in the past and they loved our work that's why they called me back for a second job unfortunately I did end up in a situation that I couldn't control.
