        This is a nice facility, my nephew attends wanted my son to also attend This BLACK OWNED business but Ive found better. Staff seem nice but I find Ms J to be rude & very unprofessional I met her as a receptionist, I offend see her working with the kids and supposedly shes the director. Not sure what her place is! Very unprofessional not business oriented at all you would think if you have patiential students that would like to attend just a status update will be great. I feel theres some discriminating and I will taking legal action! This is the reason most BLACK businesses fail, lack of customer service an Experience!

        This review is long overdue, but my son Xavier went here for about 3 years and this place is hands down the best in the city. A very friendly and professional staff, clean and well designed building, and tons of learning activities. The thing that really puts them over anywhere else though, is the care that every staff member has for each kid. It's hard to explain, but watching their interactions with children just make you feel completely at ease with the idea of leaving your child in their care. Thank yall so much.

        If your looking for a high quality, caring professional and academically challenging school Tiny Tech is the place for your child! The staff is amazing with the children, very observant and loving. My daughter loves the activities they do. My daughters teachers asked me is there anything I would like her to improve on. I was giving at home exercises to help my daughter reach our goals. Learning is their main goal in school and out. My Daughter is 3 years old in PreK and we have homework! I love it because it lets me see what shes learning in school. I want to thank the whole Tiny Tech Learning Lab staff for being apart of Bellas Village Thanks Ms.Jay, Ms.Destiny & Ms.Aaliyah you ladies are amazing!

        Tiny Tech is an amazing place! As a scientist, I love that my children get to do science experiments at school. I appreciate the flexibility and patience from the staff. Ive seen the growth in my children with how they interact with friends and staff. Thank you for everything, Tiny Tech!!!

      Although you are not currently enrolled with us, we thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret to hear about your experience and any misunderstandings that may have arisen.To clarify, our center, like many others, is currently navigating challenges brought about by staffing shortages. We're striving to maintain our commitment to providing a top-quality educational experience for all children, as reflected in our 4 Keystone STARS rating. The unique STEM program we offer has garnered considerable interest, and as a result, there's a waitlist for enrollment, especially for the PHLpreK program which has specific priority guidelines for this school year. Currently, there are about 25 families, including yours, waiting to be enrolled, and we are actively working on recruiting qualified staff to meet this demand.We understand and empathize with the challenges many families face in finding affordable childcare. The free program you're referring to has limited spots, and while we wish we could accommodate every interested family immediately, it's crucial for us to ensure we have the required qualified staff for every child. This is not a matter of discrimination but rather a result of current constraints.Regarding Ms. J, she plays a multifaceted role in our center, and her primary aim is always to ensure the well-being and education of our students.We're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience you've faced and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Understanding that we might have been your top choice, especially since your nephew attends our center, perhaps you could consider enrolling in another participating PHLpreK center for immediate care. Once our staffing issues are resolved, we would be more than happy to discuss the possibility of a transfer to our establishment.
