This bank is a joke. I've been trying to speak to a human for 2 months. A car dealer sold me a loan with them. I don't have a branch anywhere near me. I just want to close the account and get $68 left in my account sent to me. Every time I call, no matter what time of day or day of the week, there is a minimum of 20 people ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes one day and gave up. Website has never recognized my information and let me create a user ID. And guess what, can't reach a human to help with that either. I can't believe people use this bank for their day to day banking.
