        I went back to the Michael's again for the 2nd time and it was even worse than the Last time. That I recorded it. As they talked ABOUT ME as I walked past. I have an African-American woman telling a Man with a baby to stay away from me. Luckily now I know they have self-checkout so I always carry card but I couldn't get a Michael's card. They didn't speak to me until after I hit the cart on the way out.

        I love Michaels! The store is well stocked and organized and their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My latest experience was especially successful with the help of Angie P. in framing. She went above and beyond to make sure that my picture was ready when I needed it even staying late to be certain that it was compli and done perfectly! If you have a picture that needs framing Michaels is the place to go. And ask for Angi ! Shes the best!
