Ambiance was top tier, Ill be visiting again for sure! Came here twice and both times I left feeling better about my decision to start a business. I live in philly and its very convenient to septa as well. Great people!!!

I absolutely love working here! I love the people and the sense of community that the 40 West Team fosters. The 40 West team members are loving, deeply relational and very customer service oriented. Not to mention, the location is great. I appreciate being able to take a quick walk to get coffee or lunch. I've been working remotely from home for a while and it's been fantastic to find a great place to work that helps me set clearer boundaries between home and work. I feel much more productive and a lot happier. Highly recommend!

My company, SCP, moved into 40 West in late 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Located right next to the CHW SEPTA station and just steps to a whole range of lunch options in Chestnut Hill, 40 West is convenient, warm and welcoming. The flexible office arrangements have been perfect for SCP's growing hybrid workplace.

In a word: phenomenal. I have used 40 West as my principle place of business for around 3 years now, and it has been a critical part of my practice. Joyce, Yasmin, Jeannette and Karen are amazing and always go above and beyond to meet their tenants' needs. If you're looking for office space in Chestnut Hill or the surrounding areas, 40 West is hard to beat.
