Worst public transportation in the country.. Employees are argumentative and standoffish - buses and trains are notoriously late if arriving at all and septa employees pride themselves on being nasty to the customers in which septa cares zero about...I'm resolute I'm not paying anymore fare and riding for free as I see everyone else does ..I tried to reload my card and was locked out for no reason..just a ploy to get extra money from a long time customer..Shame on you Septa , if you weren't operating as a monopoly I'm sure a competitor could and would take your deserving customers as your entity is highly undeserving of the patronage of the people of Philadelphia!
