This company (including Steven the owner) is very unprofessional and I would not suggest using them. Developers purchased a neighboring property and had this company perform the renovations. The company threw trash and other building material in the backyard of the neighboring property. The trash sat for weeks and started to smell and attract flies/other bugs. When the company finally decided to remove the trash, their workers was sitting around on my property and never asked to use my driveway to park a rented uhaul used to remove the trash. Upon doing so the workers damaged my fence by breaking several planks and leaving trash on my property. I contacted the owner Steven and he gave me a run around and saying he would send his guys back to fix it but they are not working that job anymore. I called him multiple times and months later he did not fix a thing. I spoke with the developers and they informed me Steven abandoned the job and they couldnt get in contact with him. Take my word and never use this company for work because they are completely unprofessional (have poor craftsmanship) and may lead to you getting a lawsuit.
