Before I went to Dan, my computer had randomly stopped turning on at all, and none of the guidance I could find online was helping. Dan diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a busted motherboard, and he also diagnosed and fixed some other smaller problems I'd been having with my laptop as well, including a noisy fan, and what I found out was a bloated battery (which had previously caused the trackpad to become unclickable on the right side.) He provided the old parts that he had replaced upon picking the laptop back up from him. The service was quick overall and the price was reasonable. My computer runs perfectly now, and it has none of the issues it used to have! Dan's service is so much cheaper, quicker, and more reliable than going to a larger repair place. He was also very communicative over text while he had my computer. I strongly recommend Dan's service.

Appointment was easy and fast. Dan was able to diagnose my PC issue and replace the broken part without any issues. Drop off PC on a Wednesday and got the PC back on Friday. Quick turnaround. Delay was due to waiting for the part to arrive. I was able to test the PC on the spot to make sure everything works. High recommend Dan's service.

Dan is great! Brought in my custom built pc that was having some issues and Dan was able to recognize the problem literally within a minute! Fixed computer fast and its back up running smooth again! Well worth the 30 minute drive compared to seeing someone local! Cannot recommend anyone more! Thank you again
