Scott and Ben were incredibly helpful in assisting me in updating my business computers. Scott was responsive to all my questions and made all the necessary recommendations. I have 2 computers. The hard drive needed to be replaced due to failure. The other was running out of space . The computer that was running out of space has 2 hard drives. ALL of this information was written on the service sheet. So, why did they replace the hard drive that barely has data on it & left the other drive that was had 2mb of space left. Both computers was supposed to get 2 TB. Due to their confusion & mistakes, even though there was a written service order, I received 1 TB in one computer & 2 TB in the other. Then I asked them to check the battery on the older laptop & that request was ignored. When I picked up my laptops, one was plugged in when Ben turned it on. I get it home, it shuts down. Guess what, I need another battery. Even though diagnostics were done. On that same computer, when I shut it down, a blue screen appeared. Ben said it was nothing. This is still happening! The blue screen/ error. I thought they built computers at this business!!! I sent them an email about the blue screen, no response. They also act like they don't remember conversations, luckily I keep all emails & paperwork. This is has been the worst experience, Ever. The kindness of the employees makes no difference at this point because the service was terrible!!!!
