Brought my laptop in for liquid damage to the university city location, and they emailed me saying everything was fine after cleaning. When I went to pick up my laptop, the back clearly hadn't been put on correctly, and the headphone jack was inaccessible. The tech took my laptop back again to fix this, but a few days later, I found that my webcam kill switch was completely jammed in the off position, so I brought it back. Jeff, the employee, took it apart and said he simply didn't put the lever in the correct position, but my camera still wasn't detected afterwards. They tried to blame this on the liquid damage, which wasn't mentioned at all initially. Apart from that, I found both Jeff and the manager at Northern Liberties extremely impolite. After I called them back at one point and mentioned my phone does not save voicemails, Jeff muttered that my phone should be disconnected. His manager tried to guilt me by claiming I was hurting a small business and claimed that as long as they could fix the device without ordering parts, the device was not broken by them. From other one start reviews, it's clear that others have had similar customer service and repair problems.

Had an extremely urgent issue with my laptop not responding day of an important interview. When I went, they were very kind and helped me immediately without even having to ask. Within 10 minutes my crisis was averted and my laptop back to normal. All this with great customer service, and at a low price point!

My employer sent me over here for verification of my I-9 forms. Older guy was very rude when I asked him a question! Too bad because I also have a laptop that needs fixing but I would not dare give him my money!

They were quick and the young gentleman that serviced me was friendly. The older guy there hung up on me when I called to ask about accessibility entrance. I ended up having to carry a stroller up steps because I never got an answer. Btw: accessible entrance is located in the back of the building

Came to get my I-9 Verification done. It was incredibly quick. The guy asked for my passport and it was done in 7 or 8 minutes. It's a little confusing going in but once you find the place it's easy. I might take my computer in there one day for repairs because they seem to be really skilled.
