As always they did a great job on fixing all the problems I had. The young man I worked with was great. He worked with me in a very understanding way for I know next to nothing about computers. I would recommend Micro PC Tech Inc to anyone who wants to keep their computer working at 100%.

I was having trouble with a printer not working. Jackson has been excellent at getting my business computer up and running quickly. I am technologically challenged and could not keep this equipment running properly without the help from Micro PC Tech.
