I met with Chris jr for an employment opportunity. Upon reaching out I was contacted and in the office 24 hours later. Upon meeting and touring the warehouse/work environment I understood immediately that this was a family run business that took great pride in their workers and actually cared about how they are doing. These types of businesss are very hard to come by now as everything is corporations and higher ups that you never meet and mangers who dont even care to know your first name. These people; especially Chris Jr, care about their work, their reputation and their employees! Theres a very strong sense of loyalty here, Its a great thing to see and an even better thing to be apart of! No matter what happens with my future there, I am grateful for the opportunity to have seen a family run business like this thriving in such hard times. Being treated with respect and honesty is a rare thing now a days and it felt good to have a conversation that was straight forward, respectful and very promising! To Chris jr, thank you for your time and professionalism during our meeting! You guys are awesome and highly recommended in my book!
