Starbucks

The big guy that handed me my mobile order this morning was really nice and made my day :) the workers are always really great here and the drinks come out correctly

I don't usually write reviews for Starbucks but Jesus Christ, this location is special. Absolutely every single time I go to this particular Starbucks (for the past two (?) years), everyone on staff is insanely kind and friendly. I've had a different person as a cashier each time and they all have to have the same warm energy. Like I *hate* small talk, but they always say the nicest things to you. Drinks/food come out quickly, there's always seating, and I always feel safe to stay for an hour or two.

Ordered Venti Latte 20 OZ today, and thats what I received. Spend $6.57 including syrup. Very disappointed. When I went back, barista argued that this is their standard venti size cup, but when I showed him pictures, he took the coffee telling me that they will make the new one and went back in a minute. As I can see, he just added hot milk, because the cup was from the same order. Anyway, the coffee was not already fresh, as I spent time going back home and in Starbucks again. So I became frustrated again, because my response was only technically fixed, but not how its supposed to. Note: I always visit Starbucks and especially in this particular location, but Ive never had such an awful service. It feels like next time I should always take a scale with me.
