Dunkin'

Ordered a small decaf which was quick and fine. My issue was they have an out of order sign on their bathroom. I refuse to believe that they don't have a working bathroom for paying guests and are instead just keeping people from using it. Where do the employees go to the bathroom or wash their hands?

I placed an order at the kiosk in this store this morning. The kiosk malfunctioned and charged me without processing my order. The machine instead printed a receipt for a different order. While waiting I noticed the receipt was wrong and alerted the staff. The staff got a manager, or the owner, who instead of having the items I ordered made, or reversing the charge, tried to gaslight me and tell me that I had never placed an order. My bank statement says otherwise. While she did this, she also deactivated the kiosk I used, basically admitting that it was faulty. I would only recommend this store if you want to experience being ripped off

The staff is always friendly and cordial. I prefer this location than the one that's closer to where i live. They make my coffee just right almost always. This place gets 4 stars because the kiosks (when it's too busy I have used them) have been wonky or messed up. On one of two occasions the kiosk has charged and submitted my orders twice, among other things.
